FAQs

You will receive a warm welcome as well as my referral form to complete, information pertaining to consent, confidentiality, and cancellation processes. You can ask as many questions as you like. Once you complete the referral form, I may have a few more questions to ask you over a phone call, free of charge, before I meet you or your child.

Sessions are held face to face in my therapy room at 10 Jindalee Road, Port Macquarie. I also offer telehealth sessions; however, telehealth is for adults only. I may also have capacity to hold sessions in the comfort of your home or at your child’s school, however further discussions would need to be had to explore this as an appropriate option

The cancellation policy involves a full payment for the session if the cancellation is on the same day that the session is scheduled. If 24 hours’ notice is provided, cancellation cost is 50% of the session fee.
